Order Questions

If we have not started production yet we can cancel your order. Since we begin production on orders very quickly unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order after 2 hrs of placing.

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email address correctly. If we have not started production yet, we can change the shipping address. Since we begin production on orders very quickly, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order.

Processing times will vary depending on the items ordered. You can find our processing time in each individual listing. After processing, your order is shipped with the shipping option you select at check-out. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 days and may be delayed during peak seasons. Expedited options typically arrive in 2-3 days. Add the processing time and shipping time from your selected shipping option to get the estimated arrival date!

Delivery/Returns

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sometimes the mail carrier may mark a package as delivered before delivering. Typically when this happens the package will be delivered in the next couple of days. If you still do not receive your package please contact us for help! Email us at: info@amoremiodesignllc.com

Before we package an order we do our best to check to ensure it is perfect, but mistakes unfortunately happen. We are sorry for any inconvenience our mistake caused you. Just send us a message with a photo of the item attached and we will process a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

What locations do you ship to?


We are currently only shipping to the USA at this time! We normally offer free shipping on all orders over $50. We design, hand make, package & ship all orders ourselves from our shop in Virginia. 


How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?


All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through our USA based shop in Virginia, so shipping times will depend on the fastest shipping method available to your location from Virginia. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 8-10 business days from the time you placed your order (depending on shipping time for your area). Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.


Will I receive a tracking number for my package?


Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays, however, we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

Every order is trackable so if your package does not arrive safely to you,  please contact us for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to us at info@amoremiodesignllc.com for additional assistance in this matter. 

 

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?


Each order will be sent with tracking to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, we will send you a new replacement package with full tracking. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.


Extended Delays


In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
